GSM8000 is used for alarm purpose and is able to connect with those instruments do not have GSM function. It is very cost effective and convenient for factory automation. Before you may need several men to walk around the factory and check the status. With GSM8000, it won't be necessary. Alarm messages will be sent to particular person automatically.
When GSM8000 is connected with other instruments like temperature controller or recorder with 4-20mA retransmission output, GSM8000 can take 4-20mA as analog input, then set up the alarm set-point. Once the alarm is occurred, then GSM8000 will send an alarm message to the cell phone. User can also use the cell phone to send the defined commands back to GSM8000 to control the process via 8 relay outputs or use cell phone to request current data at any time.
